Swooping Swallows

The swallows are very happy to know they are so welcome.  They bring summer with them as they swoop around – Sometimes high above your head chasing their own dreams.  Sometimes flying in squadrons, just above the long grass, munching on the flies that no one else is very fond of!

They are made from fused glass and aluminium wire.  Outdoors they stand on steel posts or hang from steel ‘crooks’.  They are about 30cm long and wide.
